The Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica has taught 30 students on Gender Equality and European Union in the pilot phase of the project.
Thirty students of the Centro Académico Limón, of TEC of Costa Rica, have been taught in gender equality and integration processes in the pilot phase of G-NET project, funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union. The course was carried out in the Center of Humanities with the collaboration of PhD Paloma Pontón of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Spain).
Paloma Pontón is a researcher specialized in the field of gender inequalities, and takes part in the development of teaching materials and the preparation of the G-NET training courses. Since October 2015, she is doing a research stage in the TEC, funded by the fellowship program “Becas Iberoamérica Jóvenes Profesores e Investigadores” of Banco Santander.
